About John Pierson, P.E., F. ASCE

John Pierson is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience designing and troubleshooting water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. After 29 years at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) including 15 years as a Principal Research Engineer, he launched Pierson Enterprises LLC to provide focused, field-tested consulting for clients facing complex treatment and permitting challenges.  John’s work is defined by deep technical rigor, collaborative partnerships, and a commitment to translating lab results into real-world results.
